How do I request a Taxi Ride?

Download the Muok Rider app, sign up, select "Taxi", set your pickup location, and confirm. A nearby driver will be assigned, and you can track the ride in real time.

How do I book a shared journey (Carpool/Commute)?

In the Muok Rider app, choose "Carpool" or "Commute". Enter your destination, and the system will match you with existing journeys or conductors optimizing vehicle capacity.

How do I know my ride is confirmed?

You’ll receive an in-app notification and SMS with driver details, vehicle info, and ETA. You can also track the vehicle live on the map.

What are the available payment methods?

We support cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), card payments, and wallet credits. All transactions are securely processed within the app.

How can I cancel a ride?

Tap "Cancel Ride" in the app before the driver arrives. Cancellation fees may apply if the driver has already started the trip.

I want someone to drive my car. What do I do?
